Feed1Teach1 was built on a simple yet powerful belief: no child can focus on learning when struggling with hunger or lacking basic necessities. The campaign sought to integrate community relief with the right to education, recognizing that nourishment and dignity are essential foundations for effective learning.

Mobilizing support across residential societies in Delhi NCR, the initiative gathered donations of staple foods, clothing, and blankets. In total, it collected over 80 kilograms of food and more than 150 pieces of clothing, which were then distributed directly to a local slum community. By addressing both immediate nutritional needs and the lack of basic resources, the campaign worked to stabilize children’s daily lives and create an environment where education could take root.

Beyond material relief, Feed1Teach1 raised awareness about the intersection between poverty and education. It highlighted the fact that equitable learning requires more than textbooks—it requires meeting fundamental human needs. By linking nourishment with educational opportunity, the initiative not only eased daily hardships but also reaffirmed the dignity of every child, fostering hope and conditions for long-term growth.
