Founder & Director
Siddhi Jairath (she/her)
Siddhi Jairath is a student based in Noida with a strong interest in politics, economics and community service. She is deeply passionate about understanding how social systems work and how inequalities can be addressed through education, policy, and grassroots action. Alongside her academic pursuits, Siddhi has a love for music and writing, both of which she uses as creative outlets to express ideas and connect with diverse audiences.

Siddhi brings together her academic interests and extracurricular passions to her work with F4R. She sees community service not just as volunteerism but as a way of building empathy, agency, and sustainable impact. Her experiences in music and writing further shape her approach, allowing her to combine analytical thinking with creativity and storytelling.

Co-Director
Siya Jairath (she/her)
Siya is an undergraduate student at Northeastern University in Boston, where she is majoring in Economics and Mathematics with a minor in Psychology. Her academic interests lie at the intersection of quantitative analysis and human behavior, allowing her to explore how numbers, policy, and psychology shape society and decision-making. She is particularly drawn to questions of inequality, economic development, and the role of data-driven insights in solving real-world problems.
Beyond academics, Siya has a strong passion for football, which has taught her discipline, teamwork, and resilience—qualities that carry over into her leadership roles on and off the field. She is also an accomplished public speaker who thrives in settings that demand confidence, persuasion, and empathy. Known for her initiative and ability to inspire others, Siya is widely regarded as a natural leader. Whether organizing community initiatives, engaging in debates, or mentoring peers, she consistently demonstrates her commitment to collaboration and impact.

Avyukt Chhabra (He/Him)
Avyukt Chhabra is an IBDP student with a strong passion for engineering, physics, and robotics. A natural innovator and problem-solver, he combines his academic curiosity with creativity in coding and photography. Beyond the classroom, Avyukt is the captain of his school’s football team, Head of the Editorial Board, and an active badminton player — roles that showcase his leadership, discipline, and ability to inspire others. Deeply connected to the Delhi NCR NGO circuit, he has worked across initiatives that focus on education, youth empowerment, and community engagement. At Fight4Rights, Avyukt brings not only his technical expertise and creative mindset but also his grassroots experience in Delhi NCR, helping design and implement projects that directly address inequalities and create sustainable impact.

Mahika Dang (she/her)
Mahika is an energetic and multifaceted student who recently graduated from Lotus Valley International School, Noida, and is now pursuing her degree at NMIMS. With a deep passion for business and aspirations for a successful career, she combines academic focus with a wide range of personal interests. An avid music enthusiast with a keen ear for diverse genres, Mahika enjoys singing, exploring films, and reading about space and time. She is also a dedicated table tennis player whose drive and enthusiasm extend beyond the court. Her curiosity, vibrant personality, and determination make her a dynamic presence in both academic and social settings.

Chief Technology Officer
Aadish Garg (He/Him)
Aadish is a student based in Noida with a knack for STEM. Aspiring to become a physician or mathematician, he tackles every question he encounters with determination, undeterred even by those that leave him with a headache. In his free time, he is always exploring new ways to push the boundaries of technology, driven by curiosity and a knack for innovation. He aims to use his skills to support underrepresented groups in society, as evidenced Stepwise- an app he created to aid the visually impaired to navigate within metro stations. Fight4Rights is the next step in his journey to, bit by bit, help make the world a better place for everybody.

Social Media Team Head
Vinayak Choudhari (he/him)
Vinayak, better known as VC, is a passionate photographer who showcases his creative work on Instagram (@vc_clicksss). Alongside his artistic pursuits, he enjoys fitness, solving challenging math problems, and curating music with his signature taste as a “personal DJ.” Now studying Architecture at Cornell University, he brings together his eye for detail, analytical skills, and creativity to explore design and innovation in meaningful ways.

Akanksha Kapoor (she/her)
Akanksha is a student and passionate advocate for current affairs and social equality, with a strong interest in addressing pressing societal issues through both visual and performing arts. She combines creativity with critical awareness, using artistic expression as a medium to highlight and engage with contemporary challenges. Beyond her academic and advocacy pursuits, she has a love for cats and enjoys spending meaningful time with people. She is currently pursuing a degree in Business at the University of Hong Kong (HKU).

Podcast & Blog Team Leader
Aditi Jomen Bhardwaj (she/her)
Aditi is a writer by nature as she has a natural talent with the pen and paper. She can write anything, whether it be an essay or a novel, and often finds herself communicating best when it’s written. Besides that, Aditi is a major fan of reality TV, she loves to read mystery novels, and listen to pop music. Aditi additionally is a major fan of true crime related content, and spends much of her days watching break downs of criminal interrogations by various criminal psychologist. She also is extremely generous and kind, and goes above and beyond for her friends. In the future, Aditi hopes to one day become a criminal psychologist herself and to publish writing of her own, connecting, showcasing her variety of passions and interests.

Aarav Goel (he/him)
Aarav is a doctor in the making with a passion for public speaking. MUNs, Reading or articles - he's naturally drawn to all forms of literature, spoken or written. With a love for dogs and an extremely unique music taste he is one of our most reliable (and not to mention, tall - extremely tall) members. Despite his busy schedule, he always makes time for community service and always puts his best foot forward. He's also a self-taught guitarist and enjoys experimenting with different forms of music. In an extremely loud and overwhelming world, you can always count on Aarav to be there, to just listen.

Tamish Shukla (He/him)
Tamish is a student based in Singapore, currently pursuing Technology and Business at the National University of Singapore (NUS). With a strong interest in the intersection of innovation and enterprise, he aspires to become an entrepreneur who creates impactful solutions that contribute positively to society. A passionate sports enthusiast, Tamish actively engages with cricket, tennis, and football, both as a player and as an avid follower of the games. Beyond academics and sports, he nurtures his creative side through music, continually improving his skills on the guitar. His diverse passions—spanning technology, business, athletics, and the arts—reflect a dynamic and well-rounded personality, underpinned by ambition, discipline, and a desire to make meaningful change in the world.

Suyog Goel (He/Him)
Suyog is currently based in Singapore and pursuing his undergraduate studies in Economics and Business at Singapore Management University (SMU). With a strong passion for investments and financial markets, he is deeply interested in exploring how finance can be leveraged as a tool for social impact. In particular, he is committed to advancing financial awareness and literacy among underprivileged communities, viewing this as a pathway to greater equity and empowerment. Beyond academics, Suyog is a talented musician who plays both the drums and piano, balancing his analytical focus with creative expression. His blend of curiosity, discipline, and service-oriented mindset positions him as an aspiring leader in the fields of business and finance.

Raghav Chopda (He/Him)
Raghav has played a pivotal role in the school’s sports community, serving as Sports Captain with dedication and commitment. His leadership, whether on the football field or through his disciplined approach to fitness, reflects his determination and drive. Beyond athletics, Raghav is widely recognized for his kindness and empathy, qualities that make him a supportive and dependable friend. His refined taste in music adds to his dynamic personality, while his growing academic interest in Economics highlights his intellectual curiosity and ambition. Raghav leaves a lasting legacy defined not only by his sporting achievements, but also by the friendships, encouragement, and positivity he has shared with those around him.
